We have been wondering if it were necessary to offer a 24/7 service to our clients. Many of our clients do not require this, but one or two actually does. This makes us officially a 24/7 365 technical support business. Our after hours has been very effective and we will increase staff as required similar to what we do during normal operating hours.
We are proud to offer this to our clients. Yet again, Dashblack follows the client’s requirements and thereby shapes our offerings and business model. We offer whatever is required.
